Spotless and the staff was friendly! Good bed and pillows, there were a heating system, a sitting area and a writing table in the room. Also, whanganui river was 1 mile away from the venue.

The hotel was set short way from sarjeant gallery. We greatly enjoyed staying at Rutland Arms Inn. Location near to Main Terminal bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away. No reason to complain with the venue.
